What we cannot help with

We do not take bookings, hold rooms, handle payments or pass messages to hotels. For reservations, changes or refunds, contact the hotel directly through its own website or phone line.

Hotels are welcome to point out factual errors. Inclusion cannot be bought, and we do not accept payment for placement or wording.

Replies

We aim to answer within a few working days. Simple corrections are usually quicker.
